Calibre 100 Terms and Conditions of Membership

*All membership fees stated in this document will be subject to VAT and the figures set out above are net of VAT.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your membership with Calibre 100. By joining you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership Categories

2.1 Business Membership

A Business Member is an individual business owner or decision maker who pays either an annual fee of £840 or a monthly fee of £75 for twelve months. Business Membership includes access to twelve networking events per year, five complimentary guest tickets, access to the Members Directory, promotional opportunities, and priority access to new locations.

2.2 Corporate Membership

A Corporate Member is an organisation purchasing a corporate package limited to five corporate memberships in total. The annual fee is £2,000. Corporate Membership includes access to twelve events, two delegate places at every event, a dedicated showcase page, quarterly advertising in Bath Magazine, social media promotion, event listings, and one annual spotlight talk.

All fees stated are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied when Calibre 100 becomes VAT registered.

3. Membership Fees and Payment

3.1 Payment is due in full at the time of joining for annual payments or monthly on the date agreed for monthly plans. Corporate fees are payable in full on joining.

3.2 Business Members on monthly payment plans commit to a full twelve-month term.

3.3 Failure to make payment within thirty days of the due date may result in suspension. Failure to make payment within sixty days may result in termination.

3.4 Suspended members will not be permitted to attend events or access member benefits.

4. Term and Renewal

4.1 All memberships run for twelve months from the date of joining.

4.2 Renewal invitations will be issued in advance of expiry. Fees may change on renewal. Members will be given notice of any changes.

4.3 If a member does not renew before the expiry date, membership will lapse automatically.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Business Members paying annually may cancel with thirty days’ written notice, however no refund will be issued for unused months.

5.2 Business Members on monthly plans may cancel at the conclusion of their twelve-month period with thirty days’ written notice.

5.3 Corporate Members may cancel with thirty days’ written notice, but no refund will be issued.

5.4 Calibre 100 may terminate membership immediately for breach of these Terms including misconduct, misuse of benefits, or conduct bringing the Club into disrepute.

6. Member Benefits

6.1 Benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared.

6.2 Guest tickets for Business Members must be prebooked. Delegate places for Corporate Members must be allocated in advance.

6.3 Speaking opportunities, promotional activities, and directory listings are subject to approval.

7. Conduct

7.1 Members must treat other members and staff with respect.

7.2 Members must not use Calibre 100 events or platforms to cause disruption or harm.

7.3 Access credentials must not be shared.

8. Liability

8.1 Calibre 100 is not liable for business losses, outcomes, or decisions made between members.

8.2 Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Calibre 100 Privacy Policy.

9.2 Members must keep their details up to date.

10. Amendments

10.1 Calibre 100 may amend these Terms. Members will be given at least thirty days’ notice of significant changes.

10.2 Continued membership after changes come into effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
