Welcome to Calibre100, a premier networking membership club designed to foster meaningful connections and drive professional success and help social causes through referred business and referral fees.
The Code of Conduct is to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and the Policies of the Club as well as setting out the rules and expectations for members, ensuring a thriving, respectful, and collaborative community.
1. Attendance
1.1 Monthly Networking Meetings:
Members are required to attend monthly networking meetings held at venues in Bath as notified to the members from time to time.
The club will hold 12 networking meetings annually.
1.2 Missed Meetings:
If a member misses two consecutive meetings without valid reason, their membership will be placed on hold pending a review by the Board of Directors.
If a valid reason is not provided, then membership will be terminated with immediate effect.
A suitable substitute from within your organisation may be sent in your place.
1.3 Venue Changes:
The Directors reserve the right to change the meeting venue as necessary.
2. Referrals and The Pledge
2.1 Reciprocal Referrals:
When a referral is made to a member, the terms of the Pledge must be honoured.
2.2 Terms of the Pledge:
Members are required to fulfil the agreed terms of their Pledge as displayed on their Members Page.
The terms must be adhered to in the manner stipulated by the Pledge, including payment arrangements.
Where a member directly introduces or refers a contact to another member (the “Referee”), and this introduction results in a financial transaction or the sale of products and/or services between the Referee and the referred party, the Referee agrees to pay a referral fee to the referring member (the “Referrer”). The specific terms of the referral fee are as per the terms of the referee’s pledge.
2.3 Invoices and Payments:
It is the referring member’s responsibility to ensure invoices and payments between parties are settled within 28 days of the deal being agreed.
The Club will not be responsible for disputes or enforcement related to referrals.
Members are reminded that their behaviour surrounding payment of the fees agreed regarding a reciprocal arrangement must be in line with our terms. Any behaviour deemed to be in contravention of the terms of the Club will see the membership terminated following a full and thorough investigation.
2.4 Pledge Updates:
Members can update their Pledges from time to time at the discretion of the board.
If updates are not agreed upon, the existing Pledge will remain in effect.
All updated Pledges will be displayed on the members page within 28 days.
3. Etiquette and Conduct
3.1 Networking Meetings:
Members are expected to engage with fellow members respectfully and professionally during networking meetings.
Ensure punctuality, active participation, and a willingness to contribute to discussions.

Behaviour that contravenes the Club’s policies on inclusivity, equality, and respect is strictly prohibited.
