Monita Rajpal is personal development coach who knows what it takes to perform under scrutiny. For two decades, majority of which when she was an anchor on CNN, she interviewed world leaders, celebrities, and change-makers, and handled multiple history-making stories under intense pressure.
For her, crisis-management and leadership were daily practices—live, on air, in front of the world.
After building her journalism career in front of millions, she walked away and rebuilt her life on her own terms. Now a personal development coach for high-achieving women, she speaks with insight, humour, and depth about confidence, visibility, and choice.
Her sessions are direct, provocative, and grounded in real experience of pressure and reinvention. She doesn’t motivate, she tells the truth, challenges assumptions, and shows women how to move forward with intention and authority.
