For our February networking, we welcome organisational psychologist and futurist Dr. Graham Norris to talk about the importance of cultivating opinions about the future and what we want from it.

He’ll be introducing The Vision Pyramid, a framework that aligns motivations across organisations through the creation of a compelling shared sense of purpose. When the visions of individuals, their teams and their organisations complement each other, they can make decisions with conviction and collaborate in harmony.

Graham has spent a lifetime studying change and its impact on knowledge workers. He is an expert in futures thinking and decision-making, helping leaders around the world think more confidently about the future so they can realise their ambitions.

His TEDx talk Be More Futurist has inspired over 50,000 viewers, and through his daily newsletter The DIY Futurist, he shows leaders how to develop foresight as a competitive advantage.
