Terms and Conditions of Corporate Membership for Calibre 100

Effective Date: June 2025

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your corporate membership with Calibre 100 (“the Club”). By joining the Club as a corporate member, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from proceeding with membership.

Corporate Membership Overview

Corporate Membership is designed for organizations that wish to participate in the Club with enhanced benefits, including team access, branding, and industry exclusivity through the One Seat Policy.

One Seat Policy

Corporate Membership includes exclusive industry representation. Only one company per sector may hold an active corporate membership at any time. Corporate Members have the first right of renewal annually, subject to agreement on any applicable price adjustments. Exclusivity does not exclude single seat members from within your sector.

1.0 – Payment Terms

1.1 Corporate Membership fees are payable in full as a one-off annual fee. No monthly fees apply.

1.2 All fees are exclusive of VAT and must be paid upon acceptance of membership.

1.3 All corporate membership fees must be paid via bank transfer or an approved invoicing method. Payment is required in full upon acceptance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.4 Failure to pay the full membership fee within 14 days of acceptance will result in cancellation of the membership offer. The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if renewal payment is not received by the due date.

2.0 – Term and Renewal

2.1 Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.

2.2 Members will be offered the opportunity to renew, subject to the Club’s One Seat Policy and pricing updates.

2.3 Non-renewal or late renewal will result in the loss of exclusivity.

3.0 – Referral Rewards

3.1 Corporate members are eligible to participate in the referral reward scheme. For each approved new member (corporate or individual) who joins and remains active for 2 months, the referring corporate member will receive a one-off £500 referral reward (inclusive of VAT), payable by invoice.

4.0 – Online Member Platform Access

4.1 Corporate members will be granted login credentials for their nominated employees to access the Club’s online ‘Members Lounge’. Credentials are non-transferable and must not be shared.

5.0 – Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Members may cancel their membership by giving three months’ written notice to info@calibre100.com. Benefits will continue during the notice period.

5.2 The Club reserves the right to terminate a membership with immediate effect if any terms or codes of conduct are violated.

6.0 – Code of Conduct

6.2 Members are expected to act professionally and respectfully at all Club events and in all communications.

6.3 Misuse of privileges, unethical business conduct, or bringing the Club into disrepute may result in termination without refund.

7.0 – Branding and Representation

7.1 Corporate members agree to allow the Club to use their name, logo, and other agreed branding for promotional and partnership purposes.

7.2 Member companies may not present themselves as agents or representatives of the Club.

8.0 –  Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Club accepts no liability for losses, damages, or disruptions to services beyond its control. This includes any commercial loss resulting from participation in Club activities.

8.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.0 – Data Protection

9.1 All personal and company data will be managed in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

10 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11 – Amendments

11.1 The Club may amend these Terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance.
