About Concinnity Consultancy
After years of leading finance teams and sitting on several company boards, Anna recognised that many small and medium-sized businesses needed high-level financial insight but didn’t require, or couldn’t justify, a full-time Finance Director. Concinnity was created to fill that gap, offering experienced financial leadership on a flexible, fractional basis.
How Anna Works With Clients
Clients work with Anna in different ways, from ongoing FD support, to project-based financial planning, to mentoring and developing internal finance teams. Many businesses engage her on a regular basis, typically a day a week or two to three days a month, with support tailored around each client’s needs.
