Sarah Hart is a Director of Blossom HR Consultancy and has 25 years of experience within the HR profession.
Her background includes working with businesses across manufacturing, engineering and passenger transportation. Sarah particularly enjoys helping organisations develop their people strategy, strengthen their workplace culture and create environments where employees feel valued, motivated and happy in their work.
Blossom HR also offers new clients a complimentary HR Health Check. This includes an initial conversation and a review of key HR documents and processes, followed by practical feedback highlighting any priorities or potential areas of risk.
