Janet has worked across both the private sector and alongside Local Authorities, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the challenges facing today’s care providers. She is particularly passionate about raising standards within the sector and supporting organisations to navigate the increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

Alongside her leadership role at Shreeve Care Services Ltd, Janet has recently developed a partnership with Care Assist, further strengthening collaborative support available to the care community.
