Calibre100 Code of Conduct
Welcome to Calibre100, a premier networking membership club designed to foster meaningful connections, inspire collaboration, and support professional growth.
The Code of Conduct is to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and the Policies of the Club. It sets out the expectations for all members to ensure a thriving, respectful, and motivated community.
1. Attendance
1.1 Monthly Networking Meetings
Members are required to attend monthly networking meetings held at venues in Bath as notified from time to time.
The club will hold 12 networking meetings annually.
1.2 Missed Meetings
If a member misses two consecutive meetings without a valid reason, their membership will be placed on hold pending review by the Board of Directors.
If a valid reason is not provided, membership may be terminated with immediate effect.
A suitable substitute from within your organisation may be sent in your place.
1.3 Venue Changes
The Directors reserve the right to change the meeting venue if required.
2. Etiquette and Conduct
2.1 Networking Meetings
Members are expected to engage with professionalism and respect at all meetings.
Punctuality, active participation, and a willingness to contribute positively are essential.
2.2 Behaviour and Interactions
Members must be polite and courteous when engaging with others, whether at meetings or in follow up conversations.
Any behaviour that contravenes the Club’s policies on inclusivity, equality, or respect is strictly prohibited and may result in a review of membership.
3. Communication
3.1 Communication with Members
All official communication from the Club will be sent via designated member channels, including email and the Members Page.
Members are expected to check communications regularly and respond when appropriate.
3.2 Feedback and Queries
Members are encouraged to raise feedback or concerns with the Board through the official contact details provided on the Members Page.
4. General Rules
Members are expected to uphold the values and principles of Calibre100 at all times.
Failure to comply with the rules may result in a review by the Board of Directors and potential suspension or termination of membership.
By agreeing to this Code of Conduct, members help maintain the integrity, quality, and community spirit of Calibre100. We appreciate your commitment to making our network exceptional.
The Board reserves the right to amend the Code of Conduct from time to time and will publish updates within the Members Area.
